Starting WPS with No Encyption

Hi,
I am trying to use WPS on hostapd when no ecryption method is defined in configuration file.
Is this supported on current release. If yes, can anyone help me to create a suitable configuration file please?
When I try to do it by commenting wpa related fields in configuration file(printed below), I get the following debug messages from hostapd but wps operations doesn't start upon a wps enrollee connection.
