Does hostapd support remote logging of Open and WEP wireless events?

Hi All,
 
Using hostapd I'm able to receive wireless events for WPA in syslog
server, but not able to receive wireless events for OPEN and WEP. 
 
Does hostapd supports logging of wireless events(association,
disassociation, authentication, key handshake etc.,) for OPEN and WEP as
well?
 
If so, can any one let me know how can I enable them? else
 
Can can some tell me procedure to handle them.
