Thanks for the patch. I would agree that IF-TNCCS-SOH v1.0 seems to
indicate different order for the SSoH attributes, but this does not
match with what the Microsoft implementation includes here at least with
Windows XP SP3.

Have you seen problems with the order used in wpa_supplicant? I would be
somewhat careful about changing SoH to match with a TCG draft if it
means making it differ more from what Windows implementation does
currently.
