Prism54 support

I haven't tried hostapd with Prism54 for a very long time, but anyway, I
do not think that the driver included in the kernel tree is compatible
with hostapd. If I remember correctly, only some old versions of the
driver were made to work with hostapd and I do not think all the needed
changes were ever merged into the driver that is now in the kernel tree.

Getting this to work may require first finding an old driver version
that used to work with hostapd and then figuring out which changes would
be needed to the driver in the kernel tree.. Unfortunately, the Prism54
AP functionality with hostapd did not seem to get enough interest to
convince anyone to maintain it actively.
