Setting up 802.11r with madwifi, hostap and wpa_supplicant

Anyone has the working configuration files for setting up 802.11r using WPA_Supplicant and hostap with FT-EAP or FT-PSK? I have tried to set them up for a couple of hours and they just won't connect. I would appreciate if anyone can help.
