[PATCH]: wpa_gui-qt4: scroll to bottom of event history viewer for every new event

In many cases, this sounds like a useful behavior. However, this can
potentially be quite annoying if a user tries to look at the earlier
entries and every new event hides them from view..

Would there be any nice way of avoiding this behavior if user has
scrolled through entries? I would enable this by default, but disable it
the moment the user selects an entry or somehow scrolls through the
entries in the view.
