We can enable wpa supplicant more than one time without killing previous daemon

Hi All,

  I tried enabling wpa supplicant more than one time. with out killing
previous process/daemon. It is getting enabled with out any issue.

Is this behaviour correct?

I think if already one wpa supplicant daemon is running we should not
allow the user to enable another wpa supplicant daemon. I think so,
but not sure. plz let me know.

I am using wpa supplicant-0.5.9.
