SIOCSIWAUTH failed message

Hi Jouni,

Can you please remove all messages from wpa_supplicant about failing
SIOCSIWAUTH that are non-fatal, at least when debugging isn't a rather
high level?

We're getting a lot of queries "wpa_supplicant's auth failed what should
I do now" and it's getting very tiresome to reply to them that those
messages are normal and problems (if any!!) are unrelated to that
message.
