[patch] Fix for noisy log output when no IP address is assigned.

All,

I hope this minor cleanup patch has not already been addressed and that 
this is the correct form to provide it.

This patch cleans up the error handling for SIOCGIFADDR calls so that it 
will not report EADDRNOTAVAIL when the wireless interface has not been 
assigned an IP address [yet].  There's no reason for a status function 
to report errors as this is a normal operating condition.
