Support for 802.11h / DFS within HostAPd

Hi Jouni,
 
I'm starting to work on adding the application that implements the user
space part of 802.11h / DFS (we have our own proprietary chip set and
driver that support 802.11h / DFS capabilities).
 
>From a quick search i see that there is a version of hostapd that
actually does that. Is this version publicly available? I didn't find
(real) 802.11h /DFS support in version 0.5.7. Is it devicescape
proprietary?
