wpa supplicant repeats associating aps

hi,
        After I connect to an ap using wpa supplicant successfully, then I 
power off 
the ap, then I power on, wpa supplicant trys to connect the
ap again, after associates successfully, it repeats associating, and 
complaints "Authentication with 00:00:00:00:00:00 timed out", the following 
is the output.
