devicescape headers changed.

Thank you.
I found a header file (ieee80211/ieee80211_common.h) in the rt2x00 tarball
that has the necessary definitions to hostapd.
It looks like the rt2x00 team changed the interface file to hostapd and I
thought it was due to changes to the dscape, sorry :(
