Do you need that interface? If not, remove that option; that's probably
the simplest solution.

OK, it needs to be before most of these (or at least netfs), because
netfs depends on the network if you have any remote filesystems in

However, it probably needs to be after this if you use any smartcard
stuff in your configuration, and:

it does need to be after this if you tell it to log its output to

Yes, or the wpa_supplicant configuration needs to be changed. There is
no way with the Fedora bootscripts to have a remote filesystem on a
wpa_supplicant network if wpa_supplicant requires D-Bus, smart-card, or
syslog support (I'd consider that a bug in Fedora, but you can't easily
fix it). If you don't need networked FSes, then you'll still need
pcscd, rsyslog, and messagebus, so put it somewhere around S30.
(Or S99, since haldaemon is starting at S98, and D-Bus is required for
HAL too. But that's drastic...)
