I merged the patches (and this argument-to-f-flag idea) together and did
some additional cleanup. The end result is that there is no default
location and I also removed the '-%d' template for a counter since it
was not really used in wpa_supplicant. In other words, there is now just
one command line option (-f) and that provides the full path for the
debug log. The file is opened in append mode, so it will not be cleared
automatically which was the previous behavior.
