[PATCH] Use SIGIO if SIGPOLL is not available

Hi List

SIGPOLL is not available under FreeBSD even though it's a POSIX standard
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=92362

Reporter recommends using SIGIO instead as this is what Linux does and this 
appears to work fine with my initial testing.

I'm sure sure this patch is probably not the correct thing todo, but It Works 
For Me (tm) when compiling wpa_supplicant with the dbus interface on fbsd.
