Named Pipes and AVs (anti virus) s/w

I don't know why(!), it is a big surprise.  Pipes are very similar to
file in fact -not sure- may even use the CreateFile API; the problem
here actually happens on a WriteFile call (never returns)...

..but shutting down the AV program and supplicant and client work.
