wpa_supplicant: wpa_gui.exe

Hi,
In README-Windows(0.5.5) under  "Using wpa_supplicant for Windows"
subsection its mentioned that"wpa_cli.exe and wpa_gui.exe can be used to
interact with the wpa_supplicant.exe program in the same way as with Linux".
Can this QT based  gui be really used on windows? if yes How?
