Ocassional authentication failure on Windows

I am running wpa_supplicant 0.4.8. on Windows, compiled using MINGW32
under Cygwin. Sometimes I see the EAP state machine jumps from METHOD
state to SEND_RESPONSE state before the openssl is able to finishes
handshake processing. Has anyone seen this problem before? How to fix
this?

Thanks a lot, Andrew
