Problem With HostAP and static WEP, kernel 2.6.14, hostap 0.47

Hey Guys,

Haven't heard a single response so far. Does this mean my problem has 
baffled everybody? Or has nobody bothered to look? If somebody wouldn't 
mind at least having a quick look at my hostapd.conf below to see it 
that's where the problem lies, that'd be great.
