WPA_CLI: Difficulty switching from 1connection to another

This was Great!

Never mind why...

...but suppose I wanted to do perform Case C, but without
reassociating?  Could I disable_netword then select_network?

If that woud work, what would be wrong with that?  performance (time
to the next connect)?
