The problem is ipw2200 doesn't yet support hidden SSID.
The solution is to search for a patch for ipw2200 or wpa_supplicant on
the ipw2100-devel mailing list or set the essid manually(iwconfig eth1
essid ShiftFocus) while running wpa_supplicant.
