patch for hostap-driver Makefile

this patch works-for-me,
its based upon whats done in ndiswrapper,
I think its the modern way of doing things now.

It will still work the old way if you do this..
KERNEL_PATH=/usr/src/linux make

More elaborate schemes are possible,
like perhaps checking -d /usr/src/linux
but /lib/modules/`uname -r`/ would always pass that test,
and I cant think of a better default
