Did you mistype the { open brace or are you really typing { at the end 
of your device name ?

Should be :

'\Device\NPF_{26F124EF-E3AA-44B8-B96D-75D1E619E3FC}'   -c
wpa_supplicant.conf -d

By the way, I think you caught a mozilla bug on this, since the line between the coords is messed up in mozilla if you don't tell mozilla to display the message in plain text, got to write a bugzilla on this.
