Bug? After switching from monitor mode to master, hostap sends *invalid* *IBSS* beacons

I already reported this:

# iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor
# iwconfig wlan0 mode master

I see wlan0 emitting *IBSS* beacons!

Today I've captured full packets and:

These beacons are invalid. TIM IE must exist only in ESS beacons,
and IBSSparam only in IBSS. We have both! :)

This fixes it:

# iwconfig wlan0 mode ad-hoc
# iwconfig wlan0 mode master

Happens with Netgear PCI card, hostap 0.3.7 + fw 1.8.0 + Linux 2.6.11
