hostap vs acx100

Hi! 
I'm having a problem installating hostap because I'm using a dlink card
dwl-650+ and it works with the acx100 driver. the problem is that I have
to load the acx100 manually while the hostap requires some settings in /ect/network/interfaces.
but if I load those modules manually this file is skipped!
I also get an error if I try to put the wlan0 up:

I think there's a kind of conflict between the acx100 and the hostap driver.Does
anybody know how can I separate this two modules or solve it somehow?
