Hello,
I've been reading some of the posts on this list, and it seems that there
was at least one documented success story with a dwl-520. I sent some mails
and they were very useful, however I am still having trouble modprobing the
hostap_pci driver. I have the current CVS source compiled.
here's my modprobe errors:

root at eaburns:~/hostap# lsmod
Module Size Used by
hostap 52720 0 (unused)
root at eaburns:~/hostap# modprobe hostap_pci no_primary=1
/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: unresolved symbol hostap_master_start_xmit/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: unresolved symbol wireless_send_event
/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: unresolved symbol prism2_update_comms_qual/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: unresolved symbol hostap_init_ap_proc
/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: unresolved symbol hostap_set_hostapd_sta
/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.21/net/hostap_pci.o: insmod hostap_pci failed

dmesg had literally NOTHING about this driver load and nothing about
hostap.o being loaded either, however hostap.o appears to have loaded
successfully.

any ideas?

		Thanks,
