prism2_srec problems (DWL-650 REVP)

Gurus,

Thank you for getting me started.

Now, for the new questions.

I've downloaded the latest development version (from CVS) and installed it.

Now am trying to download the firmware using prism2_srec

When I say:

# prism2_srec -gs wlan0 primary/pm010102.hex

srec summary for pm010102.hex
Included file name: PM010102.HEX
Component: 0x0015 1.1.2 (primary firmware)

ioctl[PRISM2_IOCTL_HOSTAPD]: Connection timed out
Missing wlan component info
Could not read wlan RIDs

The same thing happens with prism2_srec -gp and prism2_srec -rp

Can someone direct me on what to do next?
