Basic Q's re wpa_supplicant

Hi Jouni,
One last Q before I dive in:
Does the wpa_supplicant suffer a similar "quirk" to the xsupplicant's 
"ias_quirk" & if so, what version should I use to avoid it (the patch 
for xsupplicant is only in the cvs)?
