XP sends "deauthentication" after ieee802_1x authentication finishs

Looks like you have configured hostapd not to send dynamic WEP keys even
though the client is expecting them. Adding wep_key_len_broadcast and
wep_key_len_unicast configuration (either set them to 5 or 13) should
help with this.
