WPA PSK

Could somebody give me the exact configuration I need for setting 
hostapd as an access point on WPA-PSK let's say with passphrase="12345678".
I cant copy my configuration here, but the problem seems to be there. My 
client (windows) sends me an EAPOL Start instead of sending me its GTK.
If somebody has a working config I could use as example that would help 
me alot.
