Roaming then first packet loss !!!

Dear all..
especially for Jouni Malinen...

This is my test reporting for Monitor mode Roaming between +ACM-1 hostap and +ACM-2 hostap.
After roaming Monitor mode packet at the first time.... Always failed... Could you give any comment for this ?

My test STEP is bellow..

1..         Turn On the hostap (AP mode , BSSID+AD0-00:0a:e9:00:e9:b0)

2.. 	Turn On the hostap (Monitor Mode) then it associate with BSSID+AD0-00:0a:e9:00:e9:b0 automatically..
