any HostAP capable 54Mb chipsets?

Are the Atheros and Broadcom chipsets capable of HostAP?
I'm referring to their g and g/a client chipsets, eg. the AR5001X+ and the
BCM94306.

I know that the PrismGT and Duette will do HostAP, but these are hard to
find (only SMC).
The Mercury5G will come with HostAP drivers, but it is not yet available.

Are there any plans to upgrade the HostAP drivers to the new Intersil
chipsets?
