WPA support of firmware 2.0.4

I am developing WPA support based on Intersil Tertiary Firmware 2.0.4, but
some questions have occured.

I set my group key into FC29 and sent to STA(after 4-way handshake), but I
cannot ping STA.

I sniffed the frames sent by AP and STA, and they were all encrpyted, so I
think maybe I set a wrong key into RIDs, who can tell me what the matter
was?
