Maybe instead of repeating your post you could add some information?  It
can be that nobody wanted to answer an incomplete report and ask you all
the details you forgot to mention (first of all versions of all involved
software).

My guess if that you should update wireless tools.  The output of 
"iwconfig --version" would be helpful.

Most importantly, hardware WEP.  Your card should be upgradeable to 1.5.6, 
which would give you correct support for 4-address frames used in WDS.

Those warnings would go away.
