signal rate

Hey all together,

I´ve got an urgent question to the following line of the parameters of my 
stat file. It says:

last_rx: silence=0 signal=159 rate=110 flow=0

Does 'rate=110' mean, that my transfer rate is 11 Mbps?! and 'signal=159' is 
the SNR? When does silence and flow change?
