HostAP on IXP425

This is an IXP425 bug.
this bug is solved in the new "B0 IXP425" processor
Use B0 IXP425 and then byteswap the outsl instruction.

I'm trying to make hostap work on an ADI Engineering Coyote IXP425
development board, with a Gemtek WL350F Prism2.5 MiniPCI card.

Kernel is 2.4.19-rmk7-ds2 with patches based on the last few days
discussion on arm-linux-kernel.

The current CVS and hostap-0.0.3 do exactly the same thing:
