did not ACK authentication response

 Hi 
 
I get the following error and crash in hostapd, 
occasionally but 
immediately when I insert the card at the STA. 
When I reinsert the card (sometimes after n times), 
this problem goes away. 
Both STA & AP are using HOSTAP driver from cvs. 
I have the same dlink DWL 650 pc cards at both STA & AP.
