First one would require small change that would make it configurable not
to use other than configured AP. However, a fake AP can of course fake
its BSSID to catch your station.. Second should work already since that
AP has to be in range, it will be in the scan results and will be
selected (if it was configured to be preferred AP) even if other APs
have better signal quality.
