Kernel oops on Zaurus / Xscale with hostap 0.1.2

Hi,

I'm trying to isolate a problem on a Sharp Zaurus C760 device which has
an Xscale 400 MhZ arm processor, PXA 250, and is running OZ 3.3.5 / Opie
1.0.3, linux zaurus 2.4.18-rmk7-pxa3. WLAN CF-Card is a Z-Com XI325H, at
least thats what the config file says. Its definitly a prism 2.5 card.
If I use that card on my x86 notebook (with pcmcia -> cf bridge), it
works without any problems on 2.6.x kernels and hostap 0.1.2

Driver version 0.0.3 of the hostap-drivers loads and works fine on arm.
Since they dont support some of the monitor functions for kismet and
wellenreiter, I wanted a newer version.

Now, hostap 0.1.2 is leading to a kernel-oops just by modprobing the
driver; doesnt matter if the card is already inserted or not.

So is that a problem of the hostap-driver, or something else? I guess
its a hostap-driver problem since 0.0.3 did work. Do you have any idea
whats wrong, or what to try?

With kind regards, Carl
