web base for hostap

helo,
one of my colleagues is using a cisco card for its hostap and client... 
and he has this web base for it to track down the strength and quality 
of his radio... what i mean is he can view it through telnet... is there 
a way that i can also view mine? or any suggestions where i can download 
such software in the internet if it is an open source.
