Problems with client getting connected to HOSTAP Box

Hi All

I am running hostap on redhat8. Clients are not getting connected to me.
 I am running it on channel 1 with Tx-pwer 17dbm. My retry limit is 8 and 
RTS Thr=250B. The Power Management i period=102.4ms amd mode is all 
packets recieved.  Rest all entires are 0 except Invalid Misc=509.

Any idea where I am going wrong. I am running DHCP server on my machine.

Any help is appreciated.
