About prism2_host_roaming?

Need your help.

1.What does it mean in function "handle_info_queue(void *data)" of
hostap_hw.c, if:
PRISM2_INFO_PENDING_LINKSTATUS =0, and
PRISM2_INFO_PENDING_SCANRESULTS = 1, and 
local->pending_info = 2

2.In which case the function "prism2_host_roaming(local_info_t *local)" should
be called?

3.If I have two APs whose ESSID is the same "test", how I view the process of
scanning. I have run command "prism2_param wlan0 host_roaming 1".
