How to select a special AP to communicate in a multiple APs' area?

Hi,

I want to set a flag bit in the beacon frame's reserved fileds of APs. In this
way the STA's can use the special AP specified by the flag bit.

I think it is easy to set the flag bit in the beacon frame in hostap driver,
but how to make STAs to select a specified AP to communicate according to the
flag bit.

Any one can tell me?
