I agree with you, changing the driver or WE version didn't help me. I 
think that there is a problem in the cardbus interrupt, I put here the 
system  log and the /proc/interrupts and /proc/pci outputs, maybe you 
have some ideas???

Do you think that using another pcmcia-cs version or the pcmcia compiled 
into the kernel will help me? Or there are some parameters to pass in 
the /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia file?
