Tertiary firmware download help..

Hello  list,
My card is prism2(???),
I have set it up,
and site survery found it.

I have turn on PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT in hostap_config.h,
and recompiled.

my command is:
./prism2_srec -v -r wlan0 T10003c7.HEX

and still got "Could not read wlan PDA. ........"

and execute hostap_diag wlan0 showing 
NICID: id=0x800c v1.0.0 (PRISM II(2.5) PCMCIA (SST parallel flash))
PRIID: id=0x0015 v1.1.0
STAID: id=0x001f v1.4.9 (station firmware)

one more question:
how do I know my card detail infomation, I mean 
how do I know my card is Prism2 or 2.5 or 3?? and hfa384x or ISL3874??

NICID: id=0x800c ...(PRISM II(2.5) ...)  say it all?,
how do I find more infomation.
