Corega PCCL-11

Dear all,
  I tried to use corega PCCL-11 in AP mode. But it seems cannot startup.
How do I startup it in AP mode.
  I have upgrade firmware to 1.4.9
  my os enviroment is RH 8.0 - with kernel 2.4.18-19.8.0
  pcmcia-cs-3.2.3
  linux-wlan-0.1.15

Please give me a hand to resolve it!
