cant load hostap_cs.o with senoa EL2511CD PLUS Ext2

I'm runnig redhat 7.1 with a newly compiled 2.4.20 kernel and pcmcia-cs
3.2.3 

So far I've compiled the hostap 2002-10-12 drive with the make pccard &
make pccard_install command

After that I've restarted the pcmcia card services with 'service pcmcia
restart', after that I got the error: hostap_cs: (c) Jouni Malinen
,jkmaline at cc.hut.fi> hostap_cs: Cardservices release does not match!

Googling this error told me that I could ignore this, since it just
tells me that cardmgr is somewhat different than some of the drivers.

But when when I try insmod the following error occurs:
